First, and foremost, I'd like to wish everyone a happy holiday season and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
Thank you for stopping by my new Blog and website. My old url, GuySagi.com, will be dark for several months, and being more impatient than a second grader on Christmas Eve, I launched this new one by adding my middle initial. I apologize for the confusion. Hopefully both my readers can find this URL and, by the way, thank you for the loyalty mom and dad.
Hopefully you like some of what you see in the new layout, but even if you hate it—and the generous dose of white space for eye relief—I'd love for you to leave a comment. Constructive criticism that's heard is how things improve.
Speaking of the holidays, I gave my wife my gorgeous bride a new Amazon Echo and Phillips Hue bulbs yesterday. She thought the ads were cute, but after 24 hours it's amazing how it can be harnessed to improve home security. I wrote about it today for American Rifleman, so if you happen to have one or a Dot, you might take a look.
This is the time of year when it's easy to forget some of our safety precautions, and criminals take advantage of that fact too often. Be careful, stay aware of your surroundings and lock the doors, even in the daylight hours. My Great Dane, Sniper, is cocked and locked all the time (as you can tell above). And if you have a concealed-carry permit, don't leave home without it when legal.
