Other design enhancements from the original double barrel design include changing the safety so it can be manipulated from left to right in order to allow the right-hand thumb to adjust the safety to fire. Their double-barrel pistols feature a rebounding hammer design and a wider hammer that allows for smoother, faster cocking.
