Starting on the morning of November 11th, Legacy Jump will begin with a tandem skydive an all-veteran parachute team, which includes veterans from World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War, the Persian Gulf, the War in Afghanistan, and the War in Iraq. Parrott will cap off the event with a BASE jump from the memorial’s 217-foot tower, honoring POW-MIAs of the Great War.

Rick DeMilt, Director of Law Enforcement Sales, stated that Berrien County Sheriff’s Office chose the Walther PPQ M2 9mm for many of the same reasons that other agencies have mentioned. Outstanding ergonomics combined with the smoothest striker fired trigger system in the firearms industry and outstanding accuracy. Adding to the excellent features of the pistol is the 1/10” reset, pushed the Walther Pistol to the forefront in the selection process.

How long will polymer framed handguns last? I interviewed the experts.

Once the delivery was made to the Berrien County Sheriff’s, Dave Barnes, Law Enforcement Channel Manager traveled to the agency and conducted a detailed Walther PPQ Armorers Training Class. The training class covered the required steps

in servicing the Walther Pistols. Delivery of the Walther pistols was made through the assistance of Walther’s Law Enforcement Distributor, SSD International.

Art and Engineering

Every gun in Auto-Ordnance’s Trump series is a finely crafted example of both art and engineering. The POTUS and KAG pistols are based on the Thompson 1911TC, chambered in .45 ACP. The talented artists at Outlaw Ordnance apply detailed engravings to the guns, commemorating President Trump’s administration. Each 1911 features the President’s 2020 campaign motto engraved on the left side of the slide, along with his image and the White House. On the right, the slide is engraved with “45th”, and his name. The American Flag is engraved on the dust cover. Beautiful Hogue Goncalo wood grips are engraved with the flag, and an image of President Trump. Slide and frame flats are polished, then finished with super durable Cerakote Bronze for the POTUS gun, or Cerakote Clear for the KAG model. Controls are Cerakote Armor Black. The Thompson 1911TC series pistol is made entirely in the United States. It features an adjustable trigger, skeletonized hammer, full-length recoil guide rod, extended beavertail grip safety, extended magazine release, and a checkered slide stop lever. The front and rear combat sights are black, low profile. The ejection port is flared to aid in reliable function. Both mainspring housing and front strap are machined checkered at 20 lines per inch. Each pistol’s 5″ match grade barrel is chambered in 45 ACP. One 7 round magazine is included. The MSRP for the POTUS 1911 is $1356, Model #1911TCAC4. The MSRP for the KAG 1911 is $1325, Model #1911TCAC3.
