Dryshod, the new benchmark in performance waterproof footwear for outdoor recreation and work, has announced a style update for one of the company’s most popular women’s waterproof boots—the Legend MXT.
The Legend MXT was designed to provide women a multipurpose waterproof outdoor recreation and work boot able to conquer sloppy conditions with uncompromised function and comfort. For 2021, the Legend MXT receives an upgraded outsole to deliver even greater traction and grip when encountering wet, muddy, and slippery conditions. This enhanced outsole performance comes courtesy of the aggressive MXT tread pattern, with its well-defined tread lugs and high void areas to dig into the terrain, and the natural rubber construction that delivers a low friction coefficient to minimize slippage on harder surfaces.
The multi-season Legend MXT is 100-percent waterproof thanks to the 5mm Densoprene® foam insulated bootie and natural rubber overlays. To help keep the boots clean and to prevent water saturation in exceptionally wet conditions, the Densoprene® upper features a Hydrokote® water-repellent treatment to shed water and mud quickly and effectively. Inside, a 4-way stretch breathable airmesh lining promotes maximum airflow to prevent moisture buildup and to ensure feet stay dry and cooler in warm temperatures, warmer in cold temperatures.
Additional features of the Legend MXT for women include a roll-down calf pipe, prominent heel kick to assist in removal, and an “easy-on” back-pull tab.
The Legend MXT is offered in both a high- and a mid-cut style in women’s sizes 6-11. Legend MXT HI models are available in Black, Black/Pink, or Black/Purple while the Legend MXT Mid is offered in Black.
